Shipping & Returns

PRODUCT RETURNS 

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Return your unwanted item/s to us with the issued return authorization number in original re-saleable as new condition & in the original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date & you will receive a store credit to the value of all goods returned. Electronics & Electrical products have a 60-day warranty. If it is practical to repair a faulty product then we will, or else at our discretion, we will replace the product or offer store credit. If the product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period, we will try to repair it for a reasonable charge.

We ask you to send all returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Product return / shipping charges are to be paid in full by the sender. SidePilot will reject any unauthorised returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item. Credits can take up to 30 days to be processed. We do not offer cash refunds. On Sale, Clearance & Consumable items are not eligible for return or credit.

Warranty claims must be within 60 days of purchase, unwanted items returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

 

COST OF SHIPPING

The shipping charges are calculated using the product weight & destination. To calculate the cost of shipping ad all the items you would like to purchase into your shopping cart then proceed to the view cart page and click on Estimate Shipping and Taxes section and enter your location.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

The SidePilot website will automatically offer you the most economical shipping options, based on your item & destination, during checkout. Simply make your choice based on those options.

Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method. SidePilot reserves the right to change your shipping method in these cases and will provide tracking details for the new carrier once shipped.

The delivery times provided by SidePilot are estimates only, based on the postal services information. SidePilot will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made until the order begins processing. SidePilot cannot accommodate all address change requests. SidePilot takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. SidePilot do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and SidePilot will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and SidePilot will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.


NON-ALLOWED COUNTRIES

Due to import restrictions, we are unable to fulfil any orders for the BLE Repeater to Italy, Germany, Laos or Macao. Your purchase will either be refunded fully, or shipped without a lithium battery, and $10 refunded.
